Shipping Rates
GemstonesNatural.com has flat shipping rates based on the order amount. The rates are per the table below.
Below rates only applied to loose Gemstones. Gemstone rings, Wedding bands and Diamond melee
are shipped from United States and shipping charges vary from $0.00 to $18.00

Sample Orders Shipping
- GemstonesNatural.com uses Registed mail for sample order shipments from our indian units
- Orders upto $100 are eligible for sample order shipping.
- The sample order shipment is fully insured.
- Tracking facility is NOT available for this service.
- Shipping charge is $7.99.
- The shipment is generally delivered within 8-10 business days.
- For sample orders customers have the option to either select registered shipping or the regular Global Express
Regular Order Shipping
- GemstonesNatural.com uses Insured Global Express Mail Services for regular shipments from our Indian units.
- In some cases other services may be used at the descretion of GemstonesNatural.com or subject to mutual agreement between GemstonesNatural.com and the customer.
- The shipment is fully insured.
- Online tracking facility is available for most countries. Online tracking service may not be available for certain countries.
- For our United States and Canadian customers it is possible that the shipment might come to the local office in Cincinnati or Montreal and then get forwarded to the customers. In these cases we use local mail service providers.
In these cases the customers will not get the tracking number until it is shipped out of our local facility. Interested customers can request for tracking number of the shipment coming to our facility.
- We CANNOT ship TO POST BOXES.
- The shipment is generally delivered within 8 business days.
- Customer will have only one shipping option for regular orders.
Shipping Time
- We try our best, but sometimes thigns are simply not in our control.
- Usually sipments arrives at destination within 8-10 business days from the day of order.
- This is an approximate time frame and may vary depening on the country of the shipping address.
- The shipping timeframe may be affected becuase of certain circumstances beyond our control
- natural calamity or disastor
- holiday season involving heavy postal traffic
- delay in customs due to unforeseen reasons or due to the custom procedures in certain countries.
Return Policy
- We are wholesalers and deal with quality products.
- When in doubt please contact us before placing the order with us.
- Customers can order sample products to confirm our service and quality before placing regular orders.
- We DO NOT have a return policy. We do accept pre-authorized returns. Pre-authorized means in certain special cases GemstonesNatural.com can have a mutual agreement with the customer to accept a return before the order is placed.
- We will replace with a substitute stone or refund specific charges in whole or part
- If a stone is damaged during transit.
- If the stone is defective or quality of the shipped stone is not as per the invoice.
- GemstonesNatural.com reserves the final authority to refuse a return if our return facility is being abused.
Cancellation Policy
- When in doubt please contact us before placing the order with us.
- Customers can cancel an order before it is sent out for shipment from our facility. Once the shipment is sent out for shipment we have no control.
- There might be a delay of one day between the time an order is sent out for shipment and the tracking number or Registered post number is updated on the site.
- If the shipment is shipped to our facility in US or Canada, in certain special cases we may be able to cancel the order, but a restocking fee of 20% will be charged.
- GemstonesNatural.com reserves the final authority to cancel if our cancellation facility is being abused.
